Ingredients

  • 600 g Maultaschen, with meat or with veetables
  • 1 small Head cauliflower
  • 1 small Head broccoli
  • 200 g cream cheese, with herbs, 5% absolute fat
  • 250 ml Cremefine, for cooking, or cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 100 g cheese, rated, for ratinatin

Instructions

  1. Wash broccoli and cauliflower and cut into florets, briefly blanch or steam for 8-10 minutes in the steamer.
  2. Cut the dumplings into strips. Layer half of the Maultaschen in a baking dish, cover with a layer of broccoli / cauliflower, another layer of Maultaschen and finally another layer of vegetables.
