  • 3 dumplings, 60 g each
  • 3 onion (s), red
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • Butter, if you like
  • Sea salt and pepper, from the mill
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces and sauté them in a little butter and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the Maultaschen in the vegetable stock.
