Meat and Vegetable Kebabs

Shish kebabs are prepared from beef, mushrooms, onions and young potatoes. Barbecue is fried on the grill.

Ingredients

  • Beef meat – 600 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 300 g
  • Young potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
  • Bulb onions (diced) – 1 pc.
  • For the marinade:
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine butter, all sauces, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Marinate meat in this marinade, leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn on the grill to preheat to medium-high temperature.
  4. String the meat on skewers, alternating with mushrooms, potatoes and onions.
  5. Put the kebabs on a preheated grill, fry until the meat is tender.
