  • 2 tablespoon quark (low-fat quark)
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, season if necessary. Shape small meatcakes.
  2. Fry in a little oil for about 15-20 minutes in the pan. Or bake in the oven at 200 °, fan oven 180 °, for about 20-25 minutes.
