Ingredients

  • 400 g meat loaf
  • 1 large cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat loaf and cucumber into sticks approx. 3-4 cm long. Peel and halve the onion and cut into half rings. Chop the dill and parsley (put some dill aside for decoration). Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sour cream together and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and let it steep a little.
  3. Season to taste again before serving and garnish with dill.
