Ingredients
- 400 g meat loaf
- 1 large cucumber (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch dill
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 onion (s), red
- salt
- Pepper White
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sour cream

- Cut the meat loaf and cucumber into sticks approx. 3-4 cm long. Peel and halve the onion and cut into half rings. Chop the dill and parsley (put some dill aside for decoration). Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sour cream together and pour over the salad. Mix everything well and let it steep a little.
- Season to taste again before serving and garnish with dill.
