Ingredients
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g oulash, mixed
- 600 g potato (s)
- 300 g carrot (s)
- 2 onions)
- 500 g tomato (s), passed
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 handful oregano, fresher
- 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 500 ml water
- Olive oil, for frying

- Dice small goulash, peeled carrots and potatoes a little larger.
- Finely chop the onions and roughly chop the oregano.
- Fry the goulash in a pan in a little olive oil until brown, stew for a few minutes and then transfer to a large saucepan. Then fry the minced meat with the onion until brown, add to the goulash.
- Add potatoes, carrots, puree tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, a little salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, cocoa and water to the meat in the saucepan and stir well.
- Simmer everything on a low flame until everything is done; takes about 40 minutes (try the goulash cubes, if they are soft it is good). Stir in between.
- Finally try and possibly season with salt and cayenne pepper.
