Meat Roll Recipe

This is a very tasty and rather original recipe for meat rolls. To make them, you will need a fresh piece of meat, as well as pickles and hard cheese. It’s simple and delicious!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 Grams
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pieces
  • Cheese – 100-130 grams (processed or hard)
  • Lemon – 1/2 Piece
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash a piece of pork tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels. Peel the meat, cut it into pieces seven to eight millimeters thick. Beat the meat with a hammer. Cut the cheese and pickles into equal-sized cubes.
  2. Rub the pieces of meat with salt and pepper, put them in the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours, or better overnight. In pickled pieces of meat, wrap a block of cheese and cucumber.
  3. Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees, put the rolls in it and bake for ten to twelve minutes so that they are completely baked.
