Ingredients

  • 200 g ham sausae, sliced
  • 4 gherkins or pickles
  • 2 small spring onions

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausage into fine strips. Peel the spring onions, dice finely. Finely dice the gherkins as well.
  2. Prepare a dressing from olive oil, cucumber water, mustard, honey, pepper and salt. Add to the salad and mix well.
  3. Let steep for a few minutes before serving and mix well again.
