Ingredients
- 500 g meat sausae
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 4 potato (s), floury cooking
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 150 g cheese, (ratin cheese)
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 7 tablespoon whiskey, (bourbon)
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sauce thickener, dark
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1 pinch savory, rubbed

- Cut the meat sausage into 3-4 cm long strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes with the bell pepper and onion. Mix the broth, crème fraîche, whiskey, soy sauce, spices and the sauce thickener in a mug. Mix all ingredients well in a suitable baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (convection) for 40-45 minutes.
