  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ glass red wine
  • Cream, amount to taste
  • 40 g fat
  • 40 grams flour
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the sausage, cut into strips, turn in flour and fry in fat. Finely chop the onions and garlic and add, also briefly fry the cleaned mushrooms. Deglaze with red wine and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and chives and let it steep for a moment.
  2. In addition: hash browns or spaetzle, salad and red wine.
