Ingredients

  • 250 g meat sausae, wide (Lyoner)
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish (wasabi or grated from the jar)
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Vegetable broth or milk
  • 1 half lemon juice, add the juice from it
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into rings
  • some balsamic vinegar (bianco)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat sausage and Chinese cabbage into strips. Mix mayonnaise, wasabi, yoghurt and broth or milk into a sauce. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour over the meat sausage. Fold in the parsley and chives and sprinkle or sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar.
