Ingredients

  • 375 g meat for cookin
  • 2 onions)
  • 40 g mararine
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ bay leaf
  • 2 medium cucumber (s), sour
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 350 g meat and sausaes, various
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • salt
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare a broth from the cooked meat in the usual way. Roast the finely chopped onions in the margarine until golden. Pour in the tomato paste and some meat stock. Cut the peeled cucumber into thin slices, chop the meat products and add to the onions. Add the cucumber, bay leaf, salt and capers and fill up with hot broth. Let it boil gently for about 10 minutes and serve the solyanka with peeled, pitted lemon pieces or slices and sour cream.
