Ingredients

  • 375 g meat, cooked remains beef or pork
  • 40 g fat
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 125 ml meat stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine rings and fry in hot fat. Add meat cut into thin slices or cubes, lightly toast, fill up with meat stock, bring to the boil and season with salt.
  2. Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
