Meat Zrazy in Tomato-Cream Mixture

Meat Zrazy in Tomato-Cream Mixture Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin across the grain into 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Pound each slice with a meat mallet to flatten slightly. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, sour cream, 2 cloves of garlic (crushed), salt, and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate the filling until ready to use.
  4. Place a portion of the filling on each pork slice and roll tightly into a log shape. Secure with toothpicks or skewers if desired.
  5. Heat 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place the rolls seam-side down in the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-8 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the cream with the tomato paste until combined.
  7. Transfer the fried rolls to a baking dish and pour the tomato-cream sauce over them. Cover with a lid.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
  9. Serve hot with your choice of side dish.
