Ingredients

For the meatballs:

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed, beef with lamb
  • 200 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pul beaver
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Moreover:

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 100 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion finely, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley. Mix with the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, pul beaver, cumin, and thyme. Knead the mixture for 20 minutes until well combined. Refrigerate the raw meatball mixture for at least 30 minutes. Form into meatballs.
  2. Slice potatoes into thin rounds and arrange them in circles on a baking dish. Layer meatballs alternately with potato slices. Scatter chopped peppers and halved cherry tomatoes over the top. Drizzle with the 3 tablespoons of oil.
  3. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
  4. While baking, heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add paprika, fry for 1-2 minutes, then add 400 ml boiling water. Season with salt and dried herbs. Bring to a boil.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven, pour the hot sauce over them, and return to the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
