Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g oil, for fryin
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 500 g rapes, reen
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Soak the dry bun in warm water. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Put the minced meat and diced onion in a bowl. Add the firmly squeezed bun with the egg to the minced meat mixture and mix everything well with a fork. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and form small balls from the minced meat mixture. Press these flat and fry in hot oil or fat for 10-15 minutes. Put on a board and let cool.
  3. Drain the pineapple slices well and cut them into pieces that match the meatballs. Place a meatball on each piece of pineapple and secure with a toothpick. Wash and dry the grapes. Then skewer on the toothpick.
