Ingredients

  • 500 g round beef
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink

For the filling:

  • 1 handful prunes
  • 100 g feta cheese

Also:

  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Crumble or dice the cheese, cut the plums into small pieces.
  2. Finely dice the onion, sauté in a little oil and let cool. Pluck the parsley from the stalks and chop.
  3. Put the ground beef in a bowl, squeeze the garlic and add all the other ingredients. Knead everything well. Season a little stronger, depending on your taste, but keep in mind that the sheep`s cheese gives off salt.
  4. For grilling, divide the minced meat into approx. 10 portions. Press one portion each flat in the palm of your hand, about 0.5 cm thick, place some feta and plum on top, press the minced meat dough over it and form flat meatballs or rolls.
  5. For the pan you can shape smaller meatballs, fry them in oil and serve as a main course in a fruity tomato sauce, for example. Serve with pasta.
  6. Serve cool as appetizers for the buffet.
