  • Minced beef – 300 g
  • Minced chicken – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Mix 300g minced beef and 200g minced chicken in a bowl. Finely grate 1 onion and 2 garlic cloves.
  2. Add the grated onion and garlic to the meat mixture along with salt and pepper to taste. Knead thoroughly for about 2 minutes until well combined.
  3. Form meatballs using wet hands.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix 1–2 tbsp tomato paste with water until you reach a liquid consistency similar to liquid sour cream.
  5. Arrange the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the diluted tomato paste mixture over them.
  6. Cook on Stew mode for 1 hour. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
