Meatballs in the Oven with Gravy

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Bread – 100 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Tomatoes – 200 Grams
  • Tomato paste – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Wine – 150 Milliliters
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Making the sauce: grind the tomatoes with tomato paste in a blender.
  3. Fry finely chopped onion until golden brown.
  4. Add tomato mixture and wine.
  5. And also spices, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Now the meatballs: mix the minced meat, eggs, spices, chopped onions and bread soaked in water.
  7. We form the meatballs, spread on foil and bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
  8. Now we simmer the meatballs in our sauce for about 5 minutes to soak. Serve the finished meatballs in the oven with gravy with pasta.
