Minced meat – 600 grams (pork and beef)

Directions
Wash the pork and beef pieces. Pass through a meat grinder and put in a bowl. Beat in 1-2 eggs, add salt, pepper, dried herbs and spices to taste. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If desired, you can fry in a pan until golden brown. Add breadcrumbs.
Stir thoroughly until smooth. If the minced meat is too dry, you can add a little milk to it. You can also use tomato paste or sauce to taste in the recipe for making meatballs in white sauce.
