  • Olive oil – 1-2 tbsp

  • Spices – 1 Pinch
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Cream – 100 Milliliters
  • Sour cream – 2-3 Art. spoons
  • Fresh Greens – 1 Pinch
  • Dry white wine – 50 Milliliters (optional)
  • Breadcrumbs – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Wash the pork and beef pieces. Pass through a meat grinder and put in a bowl. Beat in 1-2 eggs, add salt, pepper, dried herbs and spices to taste. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If desired, you can fry in a pan until golden brown. Add breadcrumbs.
  2. Stir thoroughly until smooth. If the minced meat is too dry, you can add a little milk to it. You can also use tomato paste or sauce to taste in the recipe for making meatballs in white sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and form small balls of minced meat. Fry meatballs over medium heat.
  4. When the meatballs are browned on all sides, they can be transferred from the pan to a plate and left for a while.
