Ingredients

  • 500 g round turkey
  • 4 tablespoon couscous
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • some salt and pepper
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

  1. First scald the couscous with approx. 150 ml of boiling water and let it swell.
  2. Mix the turkey meat with the swollen, cooled couscous and all other ingredients. If you like it spicier, add more ajvar accordingly.
  3. Shape the minced meat and fry in the pan.
  4. This goes well with, for example, paprika vegetables in tomato sauce with rice, bulgur or couscous.
