  • 75 g cheese, rated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ meat stock, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese and stock powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder and paprika powder.
  2. Shape even dumplings and press flat. Heat the pan in an oil and fry the meatballs or meatballs in the pan on both sides until brown. Then remove from the pan and drain well on paper towels.
