Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s) or 2 onions, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil (e.g. olive oil or safflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients with a fork to form a firm dough. Add garlic to taste or, if you don`t like it at all, leave it out. I usually take 4 big toes. In the hot fat from the dough in a coated pan that has been rubbed with high-quality oil, fry about 20 meatballs and, if you want to eat low-carb, eat as much salad or vegetables as you like.
  2. These meatballs are also delicious when cold.
