Meatballs with Rice Instructions

  1. For meatballs you need minced meat – it can be pork or a mixture of several types of meat. Grate one carrot on a coarse grater and cut one onion into small cubes.
  2. We send vegetables to minced meat. Chop the garlic and add it to the minced meat bowl too. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. We mix the minced meat with ready-made washed and chilled rice. Add 2 eggs and stir well.

To do this, fry the onion, cut into half rings, until golden brown. Grind the tomatoes. We add them to the already finished bow. I always add a couple of basil leaves for a spicy flavor. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and leave to stew for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Pour meatballs with the resulting sauce.
