- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 g sheep cheese
- 1 roll, soaked
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying

- Knead the meat, squeezed bun, egg, cheese and onion into a smooth farce. Peel the garlic, press through the press and add. Finely chop the parsley, knead both. Season the farce with salt and pepper.
