  • 500 g minced beef
  • 100 g rice, cooked
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • Oil and butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the minced meat, rice, egg, salt and pepper and divide into about 16 servings.
  2. Flatten a portion of the dough in your moistened hands, place a piece of feta cheese in the middle and form a ball out of it.
  3. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the balls briefly and vigorously and then cook in the oven for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.
