- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 400 g bacon or bacon
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Cayenne pepper

- Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix the minced meat well with all the ingredients (except the bacon). Shape the minced meat mixture into approx. 12 balls.
- Prepare paper muffin tins and a muffin tin.
- Place two slices of bacon on top of each other, place a meatball in the middle and fold the four ends of the bacon over the ball. Place the bacon mince balls in the paper cases with the bacon seam down. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (top and bottom heat) for about 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
