  • 400 g bacon or bacon

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Mix the minced meat well with all the ingredients (except the bacon). Shape the minced meat mixture into approx. 12 balls.
  2. Prepare paper muffin tins and a muffin tin.
  3. Place two slices of bacon on top of each other, place a meatball in the middle and fold the four ends of the bacon over the ball.
