Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • parsley
  • 3 small bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 300 g cheese, rated, sort to taste
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers, cut into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Tip: You can vary the spices, I`ve also added garlic and chili powder. You don`t have to be so sparing with salt and pepper, the meat dough takes on a lot of spice.
  4. Knead well, then knead in about half of the mixed pepper cubes. Spread the meat dough on a well-greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the remaining diced pepper on top and press in a little.
  5. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes at 200 ° C hot air.
  6. You can eat the finished roast warm or let it cool down and then cut into small rectangles and serve with potato salad and bread.
  7. Is also a great dish for the party buffet.
  8. For a change, you can also mix in corn kernels or mushrooms or leave out the peppers. This recipe is very variable.
