Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half (beef / pork)

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 pinch (s) marjoram
  • 1 pinch (s) thyme
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 2 egg (s)
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter, for churning out the mold

Instructions

  1. Cut the bun into small cubes. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a little milk and whisk. Then pour over the diced rolls, mix well and let soak in well. Finely dice the onions and peppers and sauté them in a little butter (you can also use a little butter in the microwave), leave to cool. Finely chop the parsley. Make a meat dough from all the ingredients and season well. Use the spices according to your taste. Put the meat dough in a buttered, rectangular enamel baking pan and leave to stand in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
  2. Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 45 minutes.
