  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml white wine, (dry)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g ham, (Katenschinken) diced
  • 100 g cheese, Gruyère (rated)
  • 200 g olives, black without stones

Instructions

  1. The best thing about bread is that you don`t have to let anything go and it always works! It tastes best cut into cubes on a nice evening with friends, for example, as a snack.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a loaf pan.
  3. Mix flour with dry yeast. With the mixer running, add the white wine, oil and eggs. Then briefly mix in the cheese, diced ham and olives.
  4. Immediately pour the dough into the loaf pan and bake at 180 ° C on the middle rack for 55 - 60 minutes.
  5. Use a wooden skewer to test whether the bread is good.
