Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese, rouhly diced
- 1 bell pepper (s), red or yellow, roughly diced
- 1 tomato (s), roughly diced
- 4 tomato (s), pickled in oil, roughly diced
- 1 bunch rocket, cleaned
- 1 clove (s) garlic, diced
- 100 g quark
- 100 g sour cream
- Herbs (e.g. rosemary, thyme, chives)

- Put the first eight ingredients in a high bowl and puree everything together with a hand blender. Finely chop herbs of your choice, add and stir.
- An ingeniously simple dip after work, for a surprise visit and those who nibble. Goes well with tortilla, chips, cheese sticks, etc. and is an addition for other dips.
