Instructions

  1. With the vegetables you can of course take what you want. We take zucchini, aubergine and peppers, as well as cocktail tomatoes. You should make sure that the vegetables are cut into pieces of about the same size so that the cooking time is also about the same. In addition to the vegetables, there are the roughly chopped herbs, the roughly chopped garlic and the diced feta.
  2. Everything is then generously seasoned with pepper and mixed with the olive oil in a baking dish. Then it is placed in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C (circulating air). After this time you stir everything carefully and put it in the oven again.
  3. After another 15 minutes the vegetables are ready and can be served either as a side dish or with fresh baguette.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
