Ingredients

  • 1 port. Spice paste, Greek (see my recipes)
  • 250 g hot peppers, pickled in brine (net weiht)
  • 1 small Bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. First, I wash the peppers under cold water.
  2. Then I dissolve a pinch of salt in 1 liter of warm water and soak the peppers in 500ml of the salt water solution for half an hour. I repeat that again afterwards.
  3. Then I mix the peppers with the Greek spice mixture and chopped parsley.
  4. Let the whole thing steep for at least a day.
