  • 10 slices puff pastry (frozen)
  • 2 small tomato (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • basil
  • Garlic
  • some tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon onion (s), diced
  • Pepper, black
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • possibly water if required

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and dice tomatoes and zucchini.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes with the garlic until translucent. Mix the vegetables in a bowl, season with herbs and spices as required and add to the pan. Fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Simmer with tomato sauce and possibly a little water - the mixture should not be too runny!).
  3. In the meantime, defrost the puff pastry and divide each plate once so that there are 2 squares from each plate.
  4. Thinly dice the sheep`s cheese. Let the vegetable mixture cool down. Spread about 1 to 2 tablespoon of it on each part of the halved squares and add a few cubes of sheep`s cheese on top. Now put the other half of the squares on top as a lid and press it down at the edges. Place the puff pastries on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
