- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 g pine nuts
- 2 medium carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ head savoy cabbage
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 300 g Kasseler
- 4 medium potato (s)
- 1 liter chicken broth, homemade

- Chop the onions into sticks, chop the garlic and fry them in oil over a medium heat, gradually adding the pine nuts that are finely chopped. Carrots and the cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the savoy cabbage and sauté too. Season with cumin, diced the smoked pork and fill up with the chicken stock.
- Peel and dice the potatoes, add and let everything simmer in a closed pot for approx. 30 minutes.
