Instructions

  1. Put the red wine vinegar and white balsamic vinegar in a bowl, add a pinch of sugar, a little salt and pepper and stir until the sugar and salt have dissolved a little. Now add the olive oil and 3 - 4 dashes of Tabasco and stir again.
  2. Chop the onion and the clove of garlic quite small and add them. Pluck the leaves of the thyme and marjoram from the stalk, chop up a little with the knife and stir in. Alternatively, you can also use dried herbs.
  3. Remove the tomatoes from the stalk, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in the bowl.
  4. Finally, stir everything again vigorously and cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
