Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 0.25 ¼ tomato (s)
- 1 ½ cloves garlic
- 10 tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
- 1 sprig rosemary needles
- 12 basil leaves
- 8 oregano leaves
- 1 ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons oil
- salt
- pepper

- Chop the garlic, tomatoes and spices into small pieces. Mix with the cream cheese, balsamic vinegar and oil from the sun-dried tomatoes and puree everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- It tastes best the day after. Simply put in the refrigerator and take out approx. 1 hour before consumption. Of course, the spread can also be eaten immediately.
