Ingredients
- 250 g melon (s), e.., water, Galia or honeydew melon
- 1 apple
- 80 g strawberries
- 150 g yourt or veetable yourt
- 50 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal

- Wash the apple and strawberries briefly. Remove the flower and stem from the apple and the green from the strawberries. If necessary, core the melon and cut out the pulp. Put the chopped fruit with the remaining ingredients in a blender and puree everything thoroughly.
- It can e.g., milk yogurt, soy, coconut or almond yogurt can be used. As a plant drink e.g., oat drink, almond drink, soy drink, etc. can be taken. According to your taste or what you have at home.
- Makes 2 glasses.
