Ingredients

  • 500 g melon (s), (watermelon)
  • 200 g ice, diced
  • 4 cl Campari
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the melon and cut into large cubes. The melon should be chilled very well.
  2. Put the ice cubes, melon pieces, lemon juice, sugar and the Campari in a blender and mix until the ice cubes are also crushed.
  3. Divide between glasses, decorate with mint if necessary and serve ice-cold.
