Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ medium melon (s) (watermelon)
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar, (with bourbon vanilla)
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon (s), (squeezed into lemon juice)

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon juice with the sugar, vanilla, honey and yoghurt to a creamy mass.
  2. Cut out half a melon with a spoon, remove the stones and add the pulp to the lemon-yogurt mixture.
  3. Grind everything with a mixer or hand blender to a homogeneous mass and fill into the ice cream maker.
  4. Depending on the ice cream machine, let it work into ice for about 30 minutes.
  5. Very refreshing in the summer time.
