- 150 g bacon, smoked
- 50 g butter
- 500 g mushrooms
- liter ⅛ port wine
- liter ⅛ cream
- 2 tablespoon butter for the pan
- 150 g cheese, rated

- Butter an ovenproof dish. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Leave the bacon in a pan and then remove it. Melt the butter in the pan and stew the mushrooms for 5-8 minutes. Now stir in the port wine and cream. Add the bacon again. Put everything in the ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Baked at 200 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes until golden yellow.
