Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mett, Thuringian
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans mushrooms, cut
  • 2 cans tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle tomato ketchup
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • a lot onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, (hot pink)
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince with onions. Add the mushrooms, corn, tomatoes (puree beforehand) and ketchup and cook well. Add the cream, salt, pepper, paprika and Tabasco and cook again well.
  2. Let it steep for 24 hours, bring to the boil and season to taste - done!
