Ingredients

  • 1 can beans, (Refried Beans)
  • 1 bag spice mixture, (taco)
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 1 glass sauce, (mild salsa)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. 1st layer:
  2. Finely puree the refried beans together with half the seasoning mixture and spread on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. 2 layer:
  4. Spread the creme fraiche over the top.
  5. 3 layer:
  6. Spread the salsa on top
  7. 4th layer:
  8. Finely chop the spring onions, then mix with the remaining seasoning mixture and the chopped tomatoes. Give over the salsa.
  9. 5th layer:
  10. Spread the grated Gouda over the top.
  11. Serve the dip with nachos or other chips.
  12. Variations:
  13. The dip can be varied very well. For example, you can add corn, olives, chopped lettuce, guacamole or diced peppers as a layer. The imagination knows no limits.
  14. You can also briefly heat the dip in the oven until the cheese melts and serve warm.
