Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled (850 ml)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle ketchup
  • liter ⅛ broth
  • Worcester sauce
  • possibly Maggi

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince vigorously.
  2. Dice onions and peppers and add to the meat.
  3. Drain the corn and kidney beans, rinse the kidney beans well with water and mix with the mince.
  4. Stir the peeled tomatoes with just a little tomato juice into the mince. Add the ketchup and stock and bring to the boil briefly.
  5. Season to taste with Worcester sauce (I also season with a little granular Maggi broth and liquid Maggi).
  6. Side dish: baguette
