Instructions

  2. Wrap the dough and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 8-12 equal portions. Roll each portion very thin into a round tortilla, adjusting the shape by hand if needed.
  4. Cook each tortilla in a dry frying pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  5. Stack the cooked tortillas and keep warm under a clean towel until ready to serve.
