Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), possibly sweet potatoes
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 liter vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes and mushrooms with the food processor. Then sauté in butter.
  2. Pour the vegetable soup on top. Add marjoram, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, bay leaf and a dash of vinegar. Let the potatoes boil until tender. Season with vinegar and stir in the sour cream. Now puree the soup.
  3. Decorate with parsley if necessary.
