Ingredients

  • 70 g butter
  • 70 grams flour
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 potato (s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 0.25 ¼ head white cabbage
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 cubes vegetable stock
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • Pepper, grated
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 slices farmer`s bread (s)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, potato, kohlrabi and cabbage and cook in a good 1 liter of water for about 40 minutes until soft.
  2. Prepare a yellow preserve from butter and flour, add finely chopped parsley, pour approx. 1/4 l of cold water and stir into the vegetables. Please do not remove the water beforehand!
  3. Season with soup cubes, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper and nutmeg. Serve sprinkled with bread cubes.
