Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ pack raspberries, frozen
  • 0.5 liter ½ sour cherry juice
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine or frizzante

Instructions

  1. Pour the sour cherry juice into a vessel and add the frozen raspberries. Peel the kiwi fruit and the lime and cut into small pieces. Put the fruits in the fruit juice and pour half a bottle of sparkling wine on top and put in the fridge for about an hour to steep.
  2. To serve, fill the fruit with the juice in a glass. Then fill the glass with sparkling wine, possibly adding ice cubes.
  3. The drink goes well with other fruits, such as strawberries, orange or pineapple. Take a suitable fruit juice.
