  • 30 g yeast, crumbled
  • 250 ml milk
  • 65 g suar
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • some fat, for the shape
  • 30 g butter, for brushin

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a baking bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the crumbled yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar, pour a little lukewarm milk over it and mix with a little flour to form a liquid pre-dough, which must be covered for about 30 minutes.
  2. Process the pre-dough with the other dough ingredients into a smooth yeast dough, beating the dough vigorously with the mixing spoon or working with the dough hook until it separates from the bowl wall. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then cut off long pieces of dough and shape, put them close together on a greased baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  4. Then bake for about 25-30 minutes in a hot oven at 120-210 degrees. Brush with melted butter just before finishing.
